This Week on www.DMVSpectrum.com

February 2, 2010

Greetings!

The staff of DMV Spectrum invites you to visit www.dmvspectrum.com to read the latest celebrity interviews, DMV entertainment news, book reviews and more.

This Week on the Spectrum…

Founder Marcus J. Moore speaks with Jive Recording Artist Raheem DeVaughn about his personal growth, new album, and why artists such as Tabi Bonney and Wale are important for the DMV music movement. Contributor Candace Simmons reviews “What I Do Is Taboo III,” an erotic tale about love and sex based in 1980s Washington, DC, written by Yonder. Producer Ebony Mann shares her music with DMV Spectrum, and the world, and musician RightMind (215) takes viewers on another adventure into the life of a DMV musician.

“We were honored to feature and speak with Grammy-nominated artist Raheem DeVaughn, who has been a champion on the DMV music scene for years. The interview with Raheem was both enlightening and refreshing,” said DMV Spectrum Founder Marcus J. Moore. “There are still major recording artists who are humble and make it a priority to show love to indie media outlets.”

Editor-In-Chief B. Nakia Garner agreed that this week is monumental for DMVSpectrum.com. “We also launched a live Twitter feed, a music player and more video footage for the true music lover. The book reviews and event recaps are also major editorial draws this week. We are looking forward to readers’ feedback,” Garner said.
